Balloons burst at the seams even before they are used!

I was so excited when I received these balloons but when I blew them up I had a few letters pop in the process. I was also very careful with them, not too much air and not too fast. They are bursting at the seams. No letters should be missing in a birthday greeting! After the first email was destroyed we were able to do Happy Bday but then the other email was destroyed so everything was a mess. We didn't use them at all. Waste of money and very disappointed!
