So I had to control the pigeons around the pool so we don't get in there, Doo-Doo, or they don't explode in the pool. Perched birds don't like to be where they aren't comfortable, so I found a solution using rubber bands that don't really work. Take the zip ties and attach the rubber bands to the top rail of your fence. They are big enough to be put in the wings and nobody hangs on them for very long. Also, like pigeons, birds don't like to land on things they can't hold on to. The loose, tight lace cords make them feel unsteady and unstable, so they don't usually land. I see one here and there, but not for long! Victory! 3 pcs can cover about 25 feet or so for that homemade bird control.
