Love this shower head combo. I have never installed a shower head. I replaced what was actually a much better stainless steel head that had been corroded in the last 13 years or so. It was very light which made installation easy. Its light weight and the fact that it's mostly plastic bothered me a bit at first, but once I connected it I forgot. Installation was easy. I removed the washers that regulate the water in both heads. It was a bit difficult to find a tool that worked. But I finally managed to do it with a small screwdriver. You have the option to use just the big head, just the small head, or both. The switch for this is to the left of the big head. The large head has a good range of adjustment. It only has one water mode. The jet from it is ideal for showering and therefore requires no further adjustments anyway. The pen has a few settings. The pause mode comes in handy when you want to save water. Some water leaks out (on purpose) to prevent pressure build-up. Fog setting is not very common. Some people might like that. The most popular setting is of course MASSAGE. Ahh. There are many ways to use the massage setting. Head massage, back massage. and some ladies (and men) will benefit more than others. That's all I can say about it. If you really want to get into the back streets, I recommend getting a longer tube. I have the one below and it works fine and the detachable head still fits in the mount with this hose. Be careful when choosing a different hose as the end of the hose will hold it in the holder. shower head. The main head still works great. Removable broke a few months ago. Now when I move a setting to it, the setting no longer changes. Luckily, it stays in massage mode. But I suspect it might be stuck in a different mode for someone else. I can deduct a star for that. But as cheap as this one, I might buy another one. I don't expect this to last several years and continue to work perfectly. So I leave 5 for now.
