Advantages:1. Looks good 2. I like adjustable light. This is touch on/off as well as dimming.3. It remembers brightness settings3. Cable is decent length Cons: 1. The top isn't fixed at all and moves around a lot (unless I'm missing parts, which I don't think). Watch the video to see what I mean.2. Little working distance/handroom to turn on/off so I hit the top and since it's unsecured it makes a lot of noise at times. 3.
