Review on πŸ“‘ Enhance your BTECH and BaoFeng Radio Signals with Authentic Nagoya NA-771 Antenna by Jeff Arellano

Authentic NA Ambiguous: my truth review

I purchased this antenna along with the Baofeng UV-5R radio station. And that's what I want to write. This antenna works no better than the native, Baofeng antenna. Although on the two-meter range for transmission and reception, it works a little better than the standard antenna. But on the range of seventy centimeters it is even worse than the regular one. The point is this. I checked it with an SWR meter. On the deuce, its SWR is 1.5, which is generally acceptable. But at seventies, her SWR was more than 3. That is, this antenna is strongly mismatched. Therefore, it works better for reception, but not for transmission. Therefore, I would not recommend buying it for beginner radio amateurs. It is better to use a standard antenna.
