Good containers work best for food storage
These are very good containers. I was looking for something clear but strong and it fit the bill. As far as I can tell they are sealed. Food held up very well in it and I had no problems with moisture or insects. I really like that the large ones are actually big enough to hold a 5lb bag of flour. I also like that they don't have that weird plastic smell that some have, so the food doesn't smell. I only wish I could buy them individually so I only have the sizes I need. The only downside is that when you wash the lids, you have to let them air dry for a few days to make sure all the liquid hasn't come out of them. The design, which makes them airtight, also makes them difficult to dry.
