Of the three different brands of tendonitis bands I've tried, these are my favorites. They all worked pretty much the same, but these 1st ones don't have a nonsensical logo (other than Nike or maybe adidas, who wants to wear a logo?!) and 2nd ones are adjustable in size but have a narrower range than the others. I tried. They are not suitable for large hands, they vary from small to large but not much above average. This reduces the volume that is not required. 3. The price was right and they came as a couple. If one elbow has this problem, there's a good chance the other has it too. I have two sets so I can wear one set while the other is being washed. I always carry a set with me and use it as needed to relieve pain.
