Review on OnTrackPM by Leslie Matlak

The main thing I like about OnTrack PM is that it has a lot of features that are useful for managing our projects. It's easy to use, but sometimes it takes a while to get used to its design. At first, it took me some time to learn how everything worked and how to use all of the different settings and tabs. It is not perfect. Sometimes it freezes or something happens with it, so we had to do a lot of work in order to fix it. We started using this program because our previous one was very complicated to work with. Now it works well and is helping us manage many different aspects of our company. I like how easy it was for me to learn, as well as customize my own reports! There are not many programs out there with this feature set (or any!). It's very helpful in keeping track of time spent working vs non-working hours during each month/project period - great when calculating holiday pay or overtime compensation due at end of year!! No dislikes yet; however we've only been using about six months so far. Tracking employee timesheets & vacation requests has never before been such ease!
