Great for smash burgers!

Use it to make hamburgers. There are grid-like grooves on the underside. This makes the hamburgers easy to press in and easy to release. I had to spice it up better by deep frying the bacon and using this press to press the bacon down. Once seasoned, it's just as good as non-stick hamburger cookware.
