The mats are easy to assemble and very easy to clean. However, they are not durable, they do not hold together. They are not very thick and because of their size of 1 foot by 1 foot, they are very easy to move. I have to fix the carpet every day. It gets badly damaged. I have big dogs and their claws have already pierced the surface. Edges don't snap to corners that aren't in a perfect square. Update: I wish I had never bought this product. I'll walk on it and it will fall apart. It was a mistake, I will never buy these rugs again. I fix them all the time. waste of money.
