These screen protectors are really good and worth the money. I have yet to drop the phone or smack the screen to see actual durability. As for scratch resistance, they are good. The protector has been on since Friday. So far, so good. Had the Verizon people put one on and even they said they were very good quality. I feel confident in them and can highly recommend them. *UPDATE* so my screen protector has peeled off in the lower right corner. I have a phone case with a small lip around the perimeter to protect the phone screen when I put it face down. So I know there is no friction that would cause the protective film to peel off. Kinda freaked out about it now. I would go shopping and look for another brand.
