Warning sign? good for t-shirts

I usually wear medium sized shirts and bought the compression shirts as medium. When I play basketball, I feel like the compression makes your muscles, including your heart and lungs, work a little harder, and when you're sweating, the material somehow keeps the sweat off your body. So basically you're exercising and you don't feel like you're sweating. I also tried wearing it as a regular tank top because yes it can help correct your posture. With that in mind, I think the public may need more warnings about compression clothing. I've been doing cardio for many years and when the workout ends with nothing but compression stockings, I get particularly dizzy. I couldn't shower right away because I only had to lie down and drink fluids for an hour or more. I'm not a doctor, but I believe compression clothing causes panic attacks in my body. I now know that compression clothing causes sudden changes in body temperature and makes it difficult to breathe. At the moment I only use compression clothing for strength training. I don't do cardio while wearing compression stockings, but if I did it would be very brief, 15 minutes max, and then I would finish with a regular t-shirt. Although it can help correct your posture, it shouldn't be worn for life. Day. If you do, I don't recommend eating in a compression shirt because your stomach needs to expand after you eat to properly digest your food. It hurts to eat food that is not fully digested. In the near future I may have to buy a large one, although I usually wear a medium one for everything else because it can be too tight in the stomach area. So to sum it all up. If you have never tried compression shirts and usually wear medium sized shirts, buy the Under Armor brand but only 1 medium and 1 large and be careful these things can be dangerous.
