Yes, Under Armor is more expensive than other brands on this site, but it's worth it. My husband likes to wear them under his work shirts for a bit of compression and to keep his shirts looking neat. We're in Texas and this "thermal gear" is keeping him really cool for those 100+ days. They are well made with strong stitching and come out of the wash like new. Great to wear as a t-shirt or tank top. The V-neck is good because it's not visible under a business polo shirt.

I've been buying these for a few years now and recently noticed that the material has changed. My old shirts have "Made in El Salvador" written on them, these shirts are perfect and worth the money in my opinion. I don't know how I used to live without this shirt. I bought one to test and immediately had to buy 5 more. This shirt is very light, waterproof and very breathable. I'm 5ft 6in, 135lbs and I'm athletic. I usually run small for higher quality shirts (soft cotton blends) and medium for cheap shirts (chunky cotton). I usually wear medium sized shirts and bought the compression shirts as medium. When I play basketball, I feel like the compression makes your muscles, including your heart and lungs, work a little harder, and when you're sweating, the material somehow keeps the sweat off your body.
