It only has 4 buttons on it. The cable that connects it is a micro USB, so your options for updating this are pretty limitless. I used this with Mac OS Catalina 10.15.4.We found the driver easily and installed it. Mac security has escalated, so you need to go to preferences, then in security/privacy you have to allow it in. The stylus is 13 grams. It feels good in the hands.I’ll admit, I am uninitiated when it comes to these things. I’ve never used one before, but they are a must if you’re going into any kind of design field. I will freely admit my learning curve is a steep one. Who knew my hands were so unsteady? The sensitivity of this is phenomenal, and to noobs, will be a bit frustrating. That’s no fault of the device, of course. When you hover over the tablet, the cursor moves with the stylus. When you apply pressure, it draws. You can program the buttons on both the device and the stylus via the driver. I don’t have Photoshop, but I have Gimp. It seems to work well with that.The device is great, and I think my daughter will really enjoy it. It should be understood that the programs will just simply require time and practice. You will need time to set up your settings. This will also be a fantastic way to teach young people how to set up all these sorts of things.
