Review on ASUS ProArt Display Monitor PA278CV: High Performance 75Hz πŸ–₯️ IPS LED Display with Adjustable Height, Pivot, Tilt, and Flicker-Free Technology by Christopher Tyagi

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Broken out of the box. I will update later.

Haven't been able to use this monitor yet as it broke right out of the box. This is due to the careless packaging. There is a bar at the base of the monitor that sticks up and has been pressed against the screen, damaging the LCD (or whatever it's called) underneath the screen. The monitor is externally undamaged. I will order again and update this review if I can test one that works. I know this happens but I'm just a little frustrated as I really needed a monitor to balance my old MacBook's screen while waiting to upgrade my MacBook. I will say that it was really easy to set up with no screws. . Also, the included HDMI cable has an old thick end that the monitor doesn't even have a connector for, so I had to dig my own HDMI out of the basement. Due to the bad reviews about ASUS customer service, when a Revain rep suggested I contact them, I simply asked if I could send it back for a refund. Seems like the best way around the manufacturer's crappy customer service.
