Review on ASUS ProArt Display Monitor PA278CV: High Performance 75Hz 🖥️ IPS LED Display with Adjustable Height, Pivot, Tilt, and Flicker-Free Technology by Rounak Sekar

This review is for the ASUS ProArt Display 32-inch HDR 4K (3840 x 2160) model PA329CV. Having bought two to replace a pair of HP Pavilion 32" 2K monitors, the only thing that impressed me was the packaging. Upon unboxing the monitors, I was equally impressed with the very strong, well-made monitor stand and The last monitor purchase (Samsung Curved Monitor UR59 4K) was a complete disaster, very light plastic and feels cheap, so the actual quality feel of the Asus ProArt display - and you can feel the quality - was remarkable and worth mentioning to me.Connecting the base to the back of the monitor was very easy.I figured it would be best to stand up and rotate the base so I can see the back of the monitor when I do the plugs and sockets align at the base .at its base, then I realized that not only could I adjust the height (which I already knew), but I could also rotate the monitor left to right n could, BUT that's not all! to turn it into a vertical display. Wow! I've always wanted a vertical display for coding. These features are only seen on more expensive monitors, so it blew me away. Connecting the power cord and DisplayPort cable wasn't a problem, although I found it useful to use a handheld mirror to help me since the ports are hidden under the back cover. But it wasn't too difficult. When connecting the monitors to the computer, I had to manually flip the power switch next to the power cord entry on the back. Once I did that and hit the power button on the front, the Asus logo animation was pretty neat and ready to use, I could tell the displays were color corrected. I use these Asus ProArt monitors in my work as a graphic artist, video editor, 3D modeler and filmmaker. So color grading is a necessary step in my creative process. I have a colorimeter and am planning to test the accuracy of the Kalman check but having gone through this process in the past I am pretty sure they have been calibrated and BOTH MONITORS look the same in case others are considering them to use creativity. work is of interest. Note: Because LED monitors are manufactured in batches, a monitor from a different batch may have a slight color temperature difference. But not this one. They are identical. I also really like that the power and menu buttons are on the front of the display frame. They remain unlit, so if you work in the dark like I do, you won't be distracted by annoying LEDs. Another note on brightness. At first I thought I might need to adjust the brightness of the display, but after a few minutes of use my eyes adjusted well so I think the brightness is just perfect right out of the box. My last pair of monitors brightened up a bit, so I think my eyes reacted to that. That's why I only gave it 4 stars in the brightness department. I'm still testing them to be honest. But I firmly believe that anyone, especially a digital artist like me, will feel and see the quality of these monitors, and the price is worth it, especially considering ASUS ProArt Display 32-inch 4K PA329CV displays compete with BenQ monitors. ve used in the past and over $200 less! Come on. Try it.
