I bought it almost expecting it would hurt and sent it back. I'm happy to report that it actually works very well. I run 2x 24" 1920x1200 monitors, ethernet, sound, keyboard and mouse through this dock. It was a bit strange at first, but after updating to the latest drivers and firmware, it's much better. Sometimes a Windows update fixes it reset, but usually a simple disconnect and reconnect fixes any problem. I wouldn't try to game over it. You *can*, but the video quality is greatly reduced due to the reduced video bandwidth. I don't game much so it's not really me important.I'm hoping to eventually get a USB-C laptop and upgrade to the USB-C version.
