Sound Quality Saved Purchase

I thought about returning them for one reason; cable size. It's too short. Due to the size of the cord, I'm afraid I'll lose them if I take them out of my ears and just leave them around my neck. They are expensive and their loss is not welcome. My last headphones were BeatsX (magnets/long cable). I was so comfortable wearing the BeatsX around my neck that I accidentally put them on while swimming. Bye Beats X. Instead of replacing them with the same ones, I looked around for a better sounding replacement kit. I've read through the Klipsch reviews and can honestly say that anyone who raves about its sound quality is 100% right. These clips are so clear, it's a pleasure to hear anything (music, podcasts, voice calls) about them. A big improvement over the BeatsX sound, which hits the bass hard. As I said, the cable almost made me send it back, but the sound saved the purchase. A plea to Klipsch product designers: increase the length of the cable, or at least find out how to make sure it doesn't fall off or get lost. Edit added February 2020 - Charging cable and headset charging slot: Not the easiest or quickest assembly. The word I'm looking for is fight. Even when the phone rings, it's shrill. The ringtone sounds louder than the music or podcast I'm listening to. That's probably due to the recording levels, but I'm still literally amazed every time. Finally, one of the earphones keeps slipping out of my ears. Yes, I changed the earpiece to fix the problem, but that doesn't help. I think it's due to the size of the cord getting stuck in my hair coat and pulling out. I went from a 4 star rating to two for these three reasons. And I buy another headset.
