The product is not the same as in the photo. Will not charge without change due to the difference.

The information on the label on the standard battery matched these batteries exactly, so they should have been suitable for a direct replacement. Although the difference between the picture and the actual battery is negligible, it was enough that it didn't work in my devices without modification. The two round connectors where the charging electrodes make contact with the battery inside the device (the two round silver dots on the underside of the batteries in the picture) are significantly smaller than the OEM and significantly smaller than in the picture. If you're lucky, your electrodes and these connectors will still mate. not mine. Just because I was in a badass mood, had a little electrical background and spent about an hour and a half trying to figure out why they wouldn't charge when placed in a charging cradle, I was able to modify them. to make them work. Edit: Now that I've written this, I see that other people may have had the same problem and found the same solution. Next time I think I should read the negative reviews before I spend an hour and a half trying to find out for myself. :-( Eventually I found out that due to the much smaller leads (actually just round holes in the black plastic shrink wrap exposing part of the larger metal sheet) the electrodes got up to the plastic shrink wrap and not the actual connector after I (very carefully) Once I had cut the shrink wrap so that these batteries matched the original batteries, the electrodes could make contact, and the charging cradle worked, I was a step away from just throwing both devices and both new batteries in the bin at what time I understand it. Buyers beware. They may or may not work for you.
