The best thing about lecter is that it provides you with an excellent platform for your learning needs, whether its self-learning or professional development training! It's so easy to use from anywhere in any time zone via mobile app/web browser access - I love this feature!! There are no cons at all but if there could be more customization options like additional payment plans would really help with our business model as well which unfortunately we can't have right now due to their current pricing structure not being attractive enought. We're solving problems related specifically towards improving employee retention by providing them opportunities such as career advancement through internal promotions; however currently they dont get paid while attending trainings thus causing issues within payroll & finance department since employees cannot attend without paychecks (which is understandable).
