I assembled this setup for two 24 inch monitors with relative ease. The instructions were very clear and the process was quite easy. However, the reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is that the hub mount wobbles a bit when the holes are on the larger diameter side. The round spacer they give you sandwiched on the other side of the hub is too narrow. I had to be very careful because the disc changed position during assembly and actually just went through the hole in the side of the hub. So I would recommend a slightly larger spacer/rod. Also, it is very difficult to turn the wing nut by hand as the wing nut is painful to turn towards the end. I would recommend buying a key for this part of the build. Otherwise I'm very satisfied and glad I bought it.
