In general I like the cover. The blue case makes the black remote stand out on my dark couch. The only downside to this is that the small portion of the lid surrounding the channel and volume buttons makes it difficult to change channels or turn the volume up/down unless you have longer nails to get to the access buttons. I ended up cutting off that strip and a bit more of the lid to make it easier for me to access those buttons. The lid still stays on and I can still find the remote from across the room so I'm happy.
