I was a bit nervous reading the reviews. I'm 5ft 180lbs and a size DD 42 so wasn't sure if it would fit me. Now I wear a sports bra underneath and it looks great, and when I wear a regular bra it still looks great. Only for women with large breasts, notice that it rises higher in the front, and when both areas are lifted, it also rises a bit higher, allowing bras to show. Apart from these cons, everything is great!
