Their Size chart is 2 sizes too big. "Free " exchange cost me over $5.00. I'm NOT happy!
The pajamas themselves are fine but they were way too big. Even though the top was larger than I needed, I ordered so the pants would fit my waist- according to their size chart, I ordered an XL but the waist was too large so I decided to exchange for large, however, because I'd purchased pjs with long sleeves, I had to pay return shipping - even though the the product page said free shipping/returns. "Free means Free", right? Charging me return shipping cost because of Sleepyheads inaccurate size chart is not fair to customers. Maybe this company doesn't value their customers? I'm quite unsatisfied with Sleepyheads Customer Service.
