Think twice before you buy-the product is disgusting.

Prior to that, I had discarded a whole pack of inexpensive mice due to the identical issue. As a result of my anxiety, I made the conscious decision to spend more money on something in the vain expectation that its dependability would not be compromised. My mistake was that I ordered something with delivery from another country (it was cheaper than ours). As a direct consequence of this, there are no longer any inexpensive products available for just 500 dollars. And the thing that frustrates me the most is the high level of client loyalty. In response to a warranty request posted on the Razer website, in which I quote directly: "In 2022, Razer will provide you with an official warranty that is good for two years. We provide gamers with first-hand help and stay in constant contact with them since we value their loyalty." After making the inquiry, I was presented with a response within a day (!) saying that "Warranty service is provided at the site of purchase of Razer devices." Is this the kind of commitment you've been yelling for all along? No, I'm not addressing you with another person's mouse; I'm using one of your own products, and it doesn't matter where I got it because the person who sold it to me didn't make it; they just resold it. In overall, I have been let down by Razer, both the company as a whole and its individual goods. If you are still interested in purchasing it, your best bet is to do so from a local vendor, such as dns or amazon, where you will have the option to exchange or return the item.

Pros
  • Design, ergonomics, and individual agency. Everything is in order, and it would have been in order if she had not passed away.
Cons
  • After three months of use, it finally gave out and started producing double clicks on the left button. As a direct consequence of this, it is no longer possible to collaborate with her. It's a tool I use in several graphic editors.
