Review on Precise Jewelry Assembly Tool: πŸ’Ž Professional 0.8-3.0mm Precision for Expert Craftsmanship by Chad Carter

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Wide range of sizes, overall a little flimsy

I use this drill mainly for drilling tiny holes in glans caps or resin parts for jewelry and occasionally for cosplay tasks. I use it by pushing straight down, pushing the top with one hand and rotating the body and drill head with the other. Pros: The drill bits are VERY tiny and the smallest size is perfect for what I use most. The drills sit firmly in the drill head and do not slip out during operation. The drills come in a resealable case so they don't get lost. Cons: The handle is not very ergonomic. Hands get tired pretty quickly when using it. Also, it creaks a little. There's a slight wobble in the body and more resistance than I expected between the top I'm pressing on and the body of the drill. You might want to add some oil there for smoother operation. For the price, I'm happy with what I have, but if I want to expand what I'm using it for, I'll probably choose another option.

Pros
  • Hand tool
Cons
  • Long delivery time
