These CableCreation RJ45 connectors are all you need. My entire company works with it very successfully. The quality of cable you want to terminate depends a lot on how good your time is. CCA and stranded pairs might give you more trouble because they don't hold their shape either, but to be honest I've never come across a cable that gave me so much trouble that I couldn't cut it.
