They were very flexible about meeting our needs; they always seemed interested but never pushy or demanding--always friendly! I had no complaints at all -- it was great working together over several years now doing everything we need/desired done (supporting my startup).

The only thing would be that i think maybe their pricing could have changed since 2013 because during those 3+years things can change significantly so price might not apply anymore today? Maybe look into different providers if you find yourself having some issues getting through technical support etc., just make sure this isn't too big an issue otherwise stick wth them :) I like that they are able t o help us build our app at an affordable price because it was not too expensive or something we couldn't afford which could have happened if i had gone through other companies who were way above what we needed. It's hard working out how much you need but this helped me make my decision easier! They really did their research before coming up with suggestions so there wasn´t any surprises when everything turned out very well indeed.
