Even cheaper than you can imagine

Our small dog (eight pounds) easily gnawed through the slats making the gate more of a symbolic barrier than a real barrier. The slats are made of chipboard and are not even durable. chipboard. Our dog isn't a crazy chewer - he's a tiny chap - so if your dog is interested in walking through, around or through this gate, chances are this gate won't stop him.
