Super thick product won't come out
I loved this product but when I got my first one the bottle was empty (I poked in with this thing, squeezed it and only air came out). My second bottle I got there appeared to be the product but it was impossible to get it down. I just gave up and sent both products back. My guess is that the cold weather immobilizes the glue and the bottle/nozzle doesn't make it any easier.
