I bought this for my teenage son because he has braces and herbst in his mouth and the orthodontist recommended we get an irrigator to make flossing easier. , the water pressure is too strong. It actually stung his gums and shortly after he used the water one of the fall brackets that was glued to my son's back molar popped out of his tooth! I think the water pressure is too high. It's a horrible coincidence that the bail popped out shortly after my son used that water cannon. Our theory is that the pressure loosened the glue.
