The ability of being able to manage calls from different agents in one place as well as be able to see who called whom when we are trying to track down an issue with our product or service.
I have not found anything that i dislike about this software it does what its supposed too do but if there was something more specific would love feedback! If having multiple people working together while still keeping their individual work separate then HCM can help solve those issues by giving us each access into only parts where needed so they dont get lost within other peoples files.
