Start at 1 and work your way up depending on the situation. It effectively removed the warts and birthmarks I was targeting in stage 1. I removed a wart on one of my hands in stage 2 and she was smoking and still smoking. visibly burned skin. It was a bit painful but very effective. It is a very useful tool when used in the right conditions. Be a little patient, use two or three uses and you will be very satisfied. I will continue to use this product while it is available.
