This steamer is super easy to set up and use. I use it at home and it is no different from the one that I have used in professional beauty salon and skin care clinic. The price is very affordable and it's comparable to those nano steamers. Unlike those nano steamer in the market, this has an ozone steam that gives your skin a refreshing oxygenating treatment. I read the reviews but hoped that I would get a steamer that would last. Here we are 6 months later with less than 10 hours of use on the steamer and it clicks off after starting to steam. This product was easy to assemble and worked for what I needed it for. One thing I did not like about it is it does not have a plug at the top where you pour water in. Since I have gotten it (April 2019) I did replace it with a more expensive one. If you’re just started out on your own (as a LE), then this would be good in the beginning if you’re tight with finances as you start out.

The aromatherapy part was broken off and unable to reattach. Super disappointed with that. It’s obviously an important part of this machine and not usable now.Machine does not work. Tried using on a client and it did not work. Tried seeing what happened but nothing was wrong. Buttons lit up the steam just never came out. Left it on for over 35 mins. Do not waste your money.Thankful Ebay worked with me to issue a refund after the refund window ended.They definitely need a long refund time frame.

The product works great, however, I’ve had it for 5 weeks, and it has now broken and won’t work. The seller does not have contact info to start a warranty claim with it. I wouldn’t buy this item again. The only reason it got two stars is bc it did work as it said it would WHILE it worked.

This is a great little steamer for the price. That said It’s better for a small business. It works beautifully so far. It’s a little fussy but only if you don’t follow the instructions. Make sure to use tap water only. It did beep quite a bit one time when I added more water to a small amount of existing water doing a back to back facial. It’s sensitive and doesn’t like that. I am so disappointed by this steamer. I bought this for my wife, who is an esthetician and after it was used twice it stopped working. She only used distilled water, never went past the max full line. But during one of her services it just didn’t come on and hasn’t since. It’s a huge waste of money. Look elsewhere.

I purchased this product on behalf of our Medical Spa and at first I really did like this product. It had a more modern look then other facial steamers, it created steam fast, was super light weight and easy to use. HOWEVER, It performed well for only a couple months before ultimately not producing anymore steam. ordered the item because my steamers went out on me at the salon so I placed an order with a reputable company and ordered this one to use as a back up. I was booked for the day I’m in the middle of a facial and go to turn the steamer on… Nothing. I have never ordered something and it comes in and it doesn’t even work. I was so disappointed

I order this steamer years ago and had to send it back. Because it was not working properly. I didn't recall the company I purchased from previously until after I purchased another steamer a few years later. This time I had the same issue but since it was pass the return date. I was given a hard time receiving a refund. I ended up ordering two Amazing steamers from Skinact. Sadly, I'm still driving around with a steamer in my back seat from Acefox.

I purchased this streamer in May, and it went out in August. I used the recommended water (distilled) that it requires. Not sure why this product burned out.I think for this product there should be a 90 day return policy. Overall a good product but not if it goes out. I purchased an steamer last year but wanted a bigger one for the salon.

Very easy to assemble. Uses tap water. Only had it about 5 weeks and not using it a ton, but so far it’s been good! I like the timer to pace myself. Plenty of steam and easy to operate. The price was really good, so we’ll see how it holds up in my spa.

I purchased this steamer a head of time before opening my spa and now that I am ready to use it, I found out that it doesn't work. I know it's past my refund window but it would be nice if the seller can just exchange it for one that actual works. Do Not Purchased from this company.

The steamer that I received was very much so used by someone else. Where are you place? The water is completely scratched up as well as left over residue from the previous owner. The metal is very gunked up on the steaming part as well.

I like it because, I used like 3 or 4 times a week, and always is working like the first day.I used in facial cleansing. That's my feedback!

(Pros) I actually liked the product (cons) but I would not buy again because it only lasted two months and the seller was not willing to exchange the item so you should buy only from company just in case there’s a defect you would be able to exchange or get a refund. I do facials and after using this steamer a few times, it stopped turning on. It doesn’t work anymore. Don’t buy it and instead buy something that is a bit more expensive but lasts longer.

Super easy to put together and use. It works wonderfully. The only thing I worry about is the wheels. They are completely plastic so in not sure they will last and cooperate.
