(Pros) I actually liked the product (cons) but I would not buy again because it only lasted two months and the seller was not willing to exchange the item so you should buy only from company just in case there’s a defect you would be able to exchange or get a refund. That was something I didn’t realize but lesson learned. Some type of warranty is needed for items like a steamer. I basically threw my money away. It was a very frustrating experience. The steamer still looks brand new it just dose not work. Make sure you buy from a reputable company that’s willing to provide good customer service it is a benefit that you will appreciate!
