I read the reviews but hoped that I would get a steamer that would last. Here we are 6 months later with less than 10 hours of use on the steamer and it clicks off after starting to steam. I cannot complete any services that require steam due to this.I had an electrician check out my outlets to ensure it wasn’t an issue in my side. After seeing the product operate, he said it seems to be a safety feature turning it off after overheating. Not really sure what happened but it really sucks. I can’t return it and I’m hesitant to buy another one. How did you know which ones will last.
