I was so excited to use this on my clients for their steam treatments on locs. After a month the ozone button got stuck and The production of the steamer down drastically. I still thought I can use it so I used it for another two weeks before it just stopped working completely. Doesn’t even turn on anymore. $80 for nothing.

I really wanted to love this facial steamer. I was super excited to use it on my client however, 2 hours before my appointment I decided to test out the device and noticed that even though the light was turned on green that the steamer never got hot. I unplugged it and try it in different outlets and the same thing. At times the ozone light would turn on and then immediately turn back off.

When I received my facial steamer I loved it it was easy to put together and use. A couple of months later I had an issue with it and contacted the seller. The seller was very kind and replaced my steamer for a new one at no charge I definitely recommend them to anyone!

This product heats up pretty fast and produces a nice amount of steam. I wish the stand was able to adjust a little higher. But over all I love this thing. I use it in a barbershop setting. My clients love it! I'm going to be ordering a second one.

I really like this, and my clients like it also, especially for sinus drainage. I do wish the power cord was longer, its a bit too short, but overall a great product for the value. I want another one to have at home!

I give it 3 stars because it has a plastic bowl and looks really cheap but also you have to use tap water or it will beep. Not to mention that the instructions are worded like they were google translated from another language. But it works so I can’t complain too much. I’m just concerned the plastic will develop a dingy film from the minerals of the boiling tap water.

It was delivered in time for my Mother's Day party at my home for private spa party. Works well. Easy setup and use That's my feedback.

I put together the first steamer I received and the heating element would not heat up. I received the replacement today and tried it first before putting it together and the heating element on this one did not heat up either. I called Ebay because I need this so I can work and the best they could do is send another one in 3 days. I tried a different model ad ordered a new steamer since they will only replace it once. I got this for my soon to be barber. I am his pallet and when I get a facial and he uses this product. I feel so relaxed and my completion glows.

We use it on our clients, my husband is a barber. Our clients are loving the steamer for their razor shaves. Great way to soften the hair and give you a closer shave.so far we have not had any issues, definitely recommend.

Have only used it a handful of times and it’s started shutting off im the middle of a treatment, extremely embarrassing to have to stop the treatment with my clients. Of course I’m passed my return window because as I bought as I was setting up my room and didn’t use it till sometime later. So dissatisfied and disappointed!

Over all a good and easy product do work with but 3 months in and mid facial my power button stopped working . Ahhhhhh. So sad
