I've received 2 broken steamers so far
I put together the first steamer I received and the heating element would not heat up. I received the replacement today and tried it first before putting it together and the heating element on this one did not heat up either. I called Ebay because I need this so I can work and the best they could do is send another one in 3 days. I tried a different model ad ordered a new steamer since they will only replace it once. It turned on but only beeped and never would heat up. Then the replacement for that one came and it would not even turn on. I've waited a month for a steamer and all 4 from amazon were defective.
