I really wanted to love this facial steamer. I was super excited to use it on my client however, 2 hours before my appointment I decided to test out the device and noticed that even though the light was turned on green that the steamer never got hot. I unplugged it and try it in different outlets and the same thing. At times the ozone light would turn on and then immediately turn back off.
