This is a great little steamer for the price. That said It’s better for a small business. It works beautifully so far. It’s a little fussy but only if you don’t follow the instructions. Make sure to use tap water only. It did beep quite a bit one time when I added more water to a small amount of existing water doing a back to back facial. It’s sensitive and doesn’t like that. Dump out remaining water after every use and use fresh water for every client. I wash well and wipe down the coils and if you follow all the instructions the seller tells you, it should be fine. I like it a lot so far.UPDATE: I purchased this item in November of 2019. Very light use and took very good care of it. That said I had to go back and remove a star. Today during a facial I smelled a burnt smell and suddenly the light in the button went and and it was a done. If you purchase, just know it seems the heating element is only good for about one year and will burn out. In my case 14 months exactly. This is because I was closed for most of COVID. It was a good steamer for the 14 months I’ve had it. Sad.
