Review on Bubba Refresh Insulated Bottle Island by Agustin Bush

When I bought this bottle for the first time, I was very satisfied. Great value, built in insulation (doesn't hold ice very long but does better than regular bottled water) and a lifetime guarantee. I bought 3 more so I don't have to wash them every night. After 3 weeks, one of them broke the latch that other reviewers were referring to. I returned via Revain. Over the next 2 months the same cap broke on 2 more bottles. I couldn't return through Revain so I went to the website to write a warranty claim. I received an email saying I would receive a replacement along with an order number. Months went by and I got nothing. I called the other day and the rep said they had resent the order (not sure why it had to be resent by the rep over the phone). I received another confirmation email after the call but haven't received a replacement yet. It was 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately I would not recommend this water bottle as it was nothing more than a hassle and the lifetime warranty is questionable. If you buy, do so knowing the latch will break. The water bottle is still usable, it might just pop open if something pushes the button that opens the top.
