The ring I received was damaged

It would be a good ring for the price if they sent it to me in new condition. The one I have is obviously pumped up. Looks like they plan to fix the broken one and give it away. Not only is the circle crooked when viewed from the side, but there is a rough dent at the top where it looks like it was squeezed with pliers to straighten it out.
