This is pretty much what I was searching for- I'm 5'7", 145 lbs, ordered a Medium. I considered large but was afraid it might swim on me. The medium is ,perfect- there's room for a little shrinkage, although I'll probably hang it to dry. I got the soft yellow, and the knit cotton is very soft and very comfortable to sleep in. The long sleeves are a nice change, and they don't bind at all. I wear big wrist braces at night and the sleeves don't interfere at all. The only negative for me was I wish the buttons were larger, easier to button and the front placket was a bit longer. Otherwise it's pretty perfect!
