I’m not a yoga person, but I did dance for years. I’ve been having back pain from working at a desk at home and also noticed my leg flexibility isn’t the same as it was a few years ago. I bought the pink and blue color. The blocks squish down slightly when you put your body weight on them (I’m 120 lbs). The strap is really good quality and I love the colors, they’re true to the picture. I also really like how there’s an elastic band to hold the strap together for easy transport

I wanted the blocks as well as a strap at least. The blocks I received seem exactly as expected, but the package delivered was not as advertised.

I wish this set had come with one thinner block and one thicker block. I find now I only take one to class and I’m still needing the other size block.

These blocks work well for me as a larger guy trying to to yoga. They take my 300+ lb weight very well and enable me to perform trickier yoga stances as I learn. The strap is good quality and is almost temping to use as a belt. The construction is very durable and the elastic strap at the D-ring makes stowing it a breeze.

Nice blocks and strap, wide and sturdy. The strap has a little elastic on one side that helps keeps it together when not using. I chose the forest green color to bridge the colours of my mat and it's carrier. I'm taking a teacher course and I find these to be good props for all that we're doing.

Great yoga gear for the price. Blocks are light weight but sturdy and strap is thick enough so that it doesn’t dig or hurt when stretching. Would purchase again. Be careful opening I put a tiny dig with my scissors.
