The most important feature is its ease of use for both new customers as well as existing customer who are looking forward in upgrading their system with latest version without much effort or time delay. It has got many features which can be used by all users like business owners/managers etc., but it lacks some minor things i believe they should think about them while buying this product rather than complaining later after purchasing such expensive software package from reputed vendor. So far there's nothing I dislike regarding mi collabo so what else you need? This tool helps me manage my clients very efficiently & also gives an access point where one could update information at any given moment when required.
