Review on WorkSafe by Mark Jefferson

It is easy to use, affordable for small businesses, and has many features that are beneficial to employers. I dislike how it can be difficult to find information about compliance issues or employee concerns/complaints if they don't have an HR person who knows their way around this system well enough. However, there are plenty of resources available online which make finding answers much easier than with other systems we've used. We're solving our problem of having too many employees (and not all knowing each others' names). This allows us to know where people live and what time they arrive at work so we can help them get home safely when needed. Employees also appreciate being able to post pictures from social media sites like Facebook without needing to worry about privacy settings.
