Plenty of storage space and convenience
Excellent backpack, perfect size to carry laptop, notepads and accessories. I can usually pack my jacket there too. The smaller size suited my needs better than the City Commuter which has an extra pocket and space for clothes if needed. Both are great bags and the size is the only big difference.
