This is a great product for those of us who need a bed to travel with or use because we can't afford a hospital bed or recliner bed. This is my 3rd Contour Backmax Plus (I lost one along the way and gave one to my son) but I have to say that while Contour Living is worth buying, I KNOW you downgraded the pillows (it's not firm, firmness is needed as the bed will soften on its own over time) and you stop making travel duvets. It's a big no-no! Please start creating them again. Some of us use it for air travel even though it is not durable enough. But it still covers our bed. Got a vinyl cover for min. All in all it's still a good investment and I'm afraid to buy other beds as they could be really worse.
