So this rating is actually going to be pretty good. I am a 29 year old social worker and kickboxer. Of course I have neck pain after a long day at work and honestly only body pain after kickboxing. My neck used to hurt every time I woke up. I've bought pillows from Target, Walmart, Costco, Bed Bath & Beyond and so on. In the end, they all seem great, but that wears off. So far this pillow is great! I took a photo showing the inside. The foam rubber is divided into 3 parts, which confused me at first. However, I washed the cover and then found that the foam had to be broken to put the pillow back in the cover. The zipper is right in the middle of the cover, making it difficult to insert the pillow. I also wish the case wasn't white, or at least had some sort of waterproof lining due to drool and stains. Overall this is a great pillow and gets a 4.5 from me! The difficulty of putting it back in the case and the color of the case prevent me from giving it a 5, but the pillow is amazing. Please don't hesitate to buy it.
