Defective fabric lining leaves bulky, twisted insoles that cannot be worn.
Defect in the lining of the insole of both boots. Cannot be worn. Tried 3x to get a free return label. 1. Label requiring a 200 mile round trip trip to a USPS store. The 2nd collection label was sent to the relative I sent the gift to (not these boots) and not to me, the account holder. The third time I caught a USPS pickup truck in the neighborhood, he scanned it. After 2 days he was back in my stairwell!.
